Role and Purpose
This is an intensive programme delivering the latest Knowledge Management (KM) methods and techniques. Illustrated through a series of real-life examples, this programme will provide student with an in-depth understanding of KM principles and processes. Having the opportunity to meet leading experts with years of KM implementation experience, student will learn about the new ideas and get the practical advice from experts on how student can develop their KM competence.

Intended Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students will be able to develop their own KM tools and to apply the KM techniques learnt in their workplaces.

Entry requirement(s)Prior knowledge: A diploma/ professional qualification in any discipline or equivalent. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years or more working experience.
