Biography

Dr. Tsui obtained his BBA (Hons), major in Information Systems and minor in Human Resources Management at the City University of Hong Kong. He has then completed his Master and Doctoral degrees in Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also qualified as a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).

Before joining PolyU SPEED, Dr. Tsui worked for various hotel and tourism organizations, across different departments. He started his teaching career in 2005 with various tertiary education institutions, in the departments of hotel and tourism management.

His teaching and research subject areas include strategic management, strategic marketing, human resources management, higher education and customer relationship management etc. Dr. Tsui has attended and presented academic papers at different conferences, including the Global Tourism and Hospitality Conference, Asia Tourism Forum, Asia-Pacific Forum and Asia-Pacific CHRIE Conference.
