Dr Cheung is the lecturer at PolyU SPEED. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada, his Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Food Science and Technology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and his Doctor of Education degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. 

Dr Cheung’s research involves health sciences, nutrition, public policy evaluation, and health services management. Prior to joining PolyU, Dr Cheung has gained operational experience working in the health and nutrition industry in Canada and Hong Kong. He also held different executive and research positions at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of British Columbia in Canada. He is a regular health magazines columnist and speaker for professional seminars. Dr Cheung is Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives, and Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
