School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) has been working with Advance Tertiary College (ATC), Malaysia, and the Intech Training Centre (ITC), Singapore, in offering Preparatory Programmes for Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Diploma in Law of the University of London External System for many years. With assistance from the experienced law lecturers together with the comprehensive teaching materials and online facilities, these Preparatory Programmes aim at enhancing studentsˇ¦ examination prowess and equipping them with confidence in sitting for the University of London public examinations.

- Classes are conducted on PolyU campuses by renowned lecturers from Advance Tertiary College (ATC), Malaysia and Intech Training Centre (ITC), Singapore

- ATC and ITC produced 9 LLB students (2 studied at SPEED) who won the University of London Best Student in the World Academic Achievement Awards in 2009
