SPEED Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary

Since its inception in 1999, SPEED's development has come full circle. SPEED has strived to become one of the leading providers in the continuing education community in Hong Kong over the past ten years and has now been developed into a full-fledged tertiary institute with a diversified portfolio of courses and programmes.

In the next few years, the strategic focus will be geared towards the strengthening of SPEED's position as the leading provider of quality top-up bachelor's degree programmes. The strategic re-orientation aims to meet the increasing articulation demands of holders of Associate Degree and Higher Diploma, and it also dovetails with the overall strategic direction of the College of Professional and Continuing Education in its plan to develop into a degree-granting institution with a view to becoming one of the leading private universities in Hong Kong.

With the number of students growing steadily, SPEED has gone from strength to strength and is now operating at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus, the Hung Hom Bay Campus and the PolyU Main Campus in Hung Hom.
