Refund Policy

PolyU SPEED Taught Postgraduate Programmes

All the fees paid are neither refundable nor transferrable except for those who failed to meet the prescribed admission condition(s), if any. In such cases, supporting documents must be provided.

How to Apply

Applications for a refund should be made in writing by e-mail to sp.car@speed-polyu.edu.hk with relevant supporting documents.

Refund Arrangements

Successful applicants will receive their refund by autopay in about four to six weeks’ time upon receipt of their bank account information. Requests for arranging the refund to a third party will not be entertained.
