Aims and ObjectivesThe Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Scheme aims to equip students with basic social sciences concepts, theories, and social research methods for analysing and evaluating social phenomena and behaviours in the real world. Graduates will be able to demonstrate an awareness of the complexity of society and social phenomena, and the multiple values and ethical issues in society. They will also be able to appreciate the interconnectedness of different aspects of Hong Kong society and other societies in the context of globalisation and information technology.

The Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Scheme, comprising three programmes namely:
- Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours)
- Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology
- Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Public Administration
