Aims and ObjectivesThe Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Surveying aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge and skills in the inter-disciplinary professions of land, property and construction for their employability and lifelong learning. The Programme underpins surveying studies with the disciplines of economics, law, management and technology. Graduates will enter the professions of building surveying, quantity surveying, planning and development, property and facility management or general practice surveying as trainees with full potentials to become full-fledged professional surveyors and finally take leading and strategic roles in the profession and business of land, property and construction and make contributions to the community through their chosen professional services.

*The accreditation by the HKIS covers five surveying divisions including the Building Surveying (BS) Division, General Practice (GP) Division, Planning and Development (PD) Division, Property and Facility Management (PFM) Division as well as Quantity Surveying (QS) Division.
