Crisis Mangement

Every organisation is vulnerable to crisis. A crisis management plan is the key for an organisation to maintain its credibility and positive image.

  • How to develop your crisis communications plan in order to prevent crisis and safeguard company’s reputation when under threat
  • How to communicate with your stakeholders in priority during crisis, craft appropriate messages and handle enquiries under pressure

Entry Requirements

Students should have completed secondary school education.


HK$2,000 / HK$1,800* (PRPA members) for one workshop
HK$3,500 / HK$3,200* (PRPA members) for two workshops


* Discounted fee is offered to PRPA members, SPEED alumni and early bird applicants.


Students who have completed the coursework and attended 100% of the workshop will be presented with a Certificate of Completion by PolyU SPEED.
