Concurrent Enrolment

Students are not allowed to enrol concurrently on more than one programme (regardless of the mode of study), including those offered by another institution, without approval from the Head of the Academic Division concerned, except for programmes which do not lead to any formal award. Failure to obtain written approval will result in discontinuation of your study at PolyU SPEED and the tuition fees paid for the programme(s) will not be refunded.
 
Those who wish to apply for concurrent enrolment should download an application for concurrent enrolment (Form CAR 12). Please return the form to the CPCE Academic Registry before registration on the programme(s) concerned.
 
Students who have been granted approval for concurrent enrolment should note that PolyU SPEED is not responsible for making special timetable arrangements in case of clashes in class and examination timetables.
