Continuing Education Fund (CEF)
Some subjects which form part of PolyU-SPEED undergraduate top-up degree programme have been included in the list of reimbursable courses under Continuing Education Fund (CEF).

Eligibility
- Hong Kong resident with the right of abode or the right to land or to remain in Hong Kong without restriction or holder of one-way permit from the Mainland China.
- Person aged 18 or above at the time when the CEF reimbursable course commences.
Reimbursement Procedures
- Sign and submit to the CPCE Academic Registry the “Statement of Consent and Acknowledgement” on disclosure of personal data to the Specified Public Authorities, for the purposes of fee reimbursement, before course commencement.
- Submit the completed and stamped Application Form as obtainable from Office of Continuing Education Fund (OCEF), together with the letter of certification issued by the CPCE Academic Registry, as documentary proof. Application must be submitted to the OCEF within one year upon the successful completion of the course, i.e. having attained an overall mark of at least 50% of assessment(s) as prescribed for the course and having attained no less than 70% of the contactable hours of the course; as well as having passed a specified language benchmark test/ examination (if applicable) at the specified or higher level.
Important Note:
In respect of any courses, for which the fees are to be reimbursed, the applicant must not have obtained any other public funds or assistance under any other publicly-funded financial assistance schemes for the same course, such as grants or loans from the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP).
