A Promising Career Ahead: 4th Graduation Ceremony for PMSA Specified Courses

On 2 November 2024, the 4th Graduation Ceremony for Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) Specified Courses, organised by PolyU SPEED, successfully concluded with a vibrant celebration. Among the 475 graduates who completed the courses, 210 attended the ceremony to proudly receive their diplomas, with over 250 guests witnessing and sharing in the joy and pride of this achievement.

The graduation ceremony was officiated by Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP, Director of PolyU SPEED and Associate Dean (Information and Development) of PolyU CPCE. Distinguished guests included Mr Simon Siu Chak-yu, BBS, JP, Chairman of Estate Agents Authority, Hon Tony Tse Wai-chuen, BBS, JP, Architectural, Surveying, Planning and Landscape Functional Constituency of Legislative Council, and Dr James Wong Kong-tin, BBS, JP, Chairman of PMSA.

Since launching the PMSA Specified Courses in October 2020, PolyU SPEED has completed 47 classes, with more than 1,500 graduates. Notably, 475 graduates completed the courses in 2024 alone, highlighting the growing popularity of the courses.

This commitment has contributed to the ongoing professionalisation of the property management sector.
