Ben Sir Returns to SPEEDchat with a Full House

Linguist Dr Benjamin Au Yeung (aka Ben Sir), recently co-hosted a SPEEDchat talk titled “Love Mental Self” with PolyU SPEED and The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong, teaching people how to cultivate positive thinking.

Held at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus, the talk drew a full house.

Ben Sir and Mr Tsang Chin-kwok, Executive Director of The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong, discussed the stress and emotional issues faced by urban dwellers in a relaxed and humorous manner, emphasising that “you are the protagonist in your own life”.
