BHM NextGen Leadership Scheme 2025

PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management launched the NextGen Leadership Scheme on 5 November 2025, bringing together 103 students and 23 mentors across four disciplines: Accounting and Finance, Business, Marketing Management, and Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Guided by seasoned industry professionals and distinguished alumni, the scheme cultivates mentor–mentee relationships that nurture personal and professional growth. Through this initiative, students gain valuable insights, practical skills, and the confidence needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
