PolyU SPEED’s BSc (Hons) in Property and Asset Management Newly Accredited by Chartered Institute of Housing

PolyU SPEED’s BSc (Hons) in Property and Asset Management (full-time and part-time) has recently obtained accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). Upon fulfilling the relevant requirements of professional experience, graduates will be eligible to apply for CIH chartered membership.
CIH, a professional body recognised by the Property Management Services Authority, aims to promote the property management industry’s code of conduct, educate and train talents, and facilitate professional development.
Apart from CIH, the Property and Asset Management programme has also been recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting that the programme has gained wide recognition conducive to the professional development of its graduates.
