Catering Leaders Endorse Foodservice Programme

The Hong Kong Smart Catering Association (SCA) and the Hong Kong Association of Bakery and Coffee Practitioners (ABCP) expressed strong support for PolyU SPEED’s BBA (Hons) in Foodservice Management and Entrepreneurship (FME) programme during their monthly meeting on 5 November 2025.

The FME team introduced the programme to the associations’ members, generating strong interest and positive feedback. Both SCA Founding Chairman Mr Arist Wong and ABCP Chairman Mr Clive Chan endorsed the programme, highlighting its practical relevance for professionals seeking to advance their expertise in foodservice management and entrepreneurship.
