NextGen Leadership Scheme Inaugural Closing Ceremony

PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management celebrated the successful completion of the inaugural cohort of the NextGen Leadership Scheme 2025/26 with an Award and Closing Ceremony on 23 May 2026. 

Mentors Mr Nathan Wong and Mr Iven Yuen offered practical guidance on career development and further study, while mentees reflected on their journeys. Certificates of Achievement were awarded to outstanding mentees in recognition of their commitment to the programme.

As part of the Scheme’s April activities, students joined a Chinese paper‑cutting workshop that highlighted both the heritage and modern relevance of this folk art. The experience not only deepened their cultural appreciation but also fostered stronger peer connections.

The NextGen Leadership Scheme successfully blended mentorship and cultural learning, equipping students with both career-oriented skills and a deeper appreciation of heritage.
