RCGB Research Seminar: Green Practices and Consumer Behaviour

On 18 June 2025, PolyU SPEED’s Research Centre for Green Business (RCGB) hosted an online research seminar titled “Investigating Green Practices through Consumer Behaviour”. Dr Kenneth K. Kwong, Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong presented “Towards Sustainability: ESG and Consumer Lifestyle”, while Dr Rachel Lam, Lecturer in the Division of Business and Hospitality Management of PolyU CPCE, discussed “The Impact of Adaptability and Technology Readiness on Green Service Innovation Behaviour”. The seminar introduced fresh perspectives on sustainability through the lens of consumer behaviour.
