RCGB Secures World Bank Consultancy Project

PolyU SPEED’s Research Centre for Green Business (RCGB) has been awarded a consultancy project by the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. This initiative focuses on identifying sustainable investment opportunities in elderly healthcare and cultural tourism in China.
The project is led by Dr Pamela Ho, Senior Lecturer of the Division of Business and Hospitality Management (BHM) of PolyU CPCE, alongside Division Head Dr Helen Wong, Associate Division Head Dr Andy Tai, Senior Lecturer Dr Phoebe Wong, and Lecturer Dr Deborah Tse. Together, the team will deliver a bilingual research report and presentation tailored to help financial institutions unlock the potential of silver economy.
By promoting the sustainable development of elderly services and cultural tourism, the consultancy aims to generate long-term economic and social value, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for China’s aging population.
