Successful Conclusion of PolyU SPEED Admission Days 5-7 August: Guiding DSE Graduates to a New Academic Pathway After JUPAS

Following the release of JUPAS results, PolyU SPEED successfully hosted its Admission Days from 5 to 7 August 2026 at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus. The three-day event provided current DSE candidates with a flexible and promising way forward, attracting numerous students and parents to explore new academic opportunities.

During the event, attendees participated in on-site and WhatsApp programme consultations, gaining valuable insights into the 4-year full-time undergraduate programmes. A major highlight was the admission talk titled "'Direct Flight' to a Degree Awarded by PolyU & 'Connecting Flight' to a UGC Degree", which decoded the winning dual-track strategy for DSE graduates:

• Direct Flight Guarantee: Securing direct entry into our 4-year full-time undergraduate programmes and earning a degree awarded by PolyU (one of the world's top 50 universities).
• Flexible Connecting Flight: Retaining the option to transfer to PolyU HKCC (sub-degree) in Semester 2 of Year 1 for students who aim to articulate to UGC-funded universities via the Non-JUPAS route.
• Generous Scholarships: Highlighting admission scholarships where DSE candidates with 16 points or above can accumulate up to HK$190,000 throughout their studies.
