Tourism Students Attend Hong Kong Tourism Overview 2025

On 20 March 2025, students from the Discipline of Hospitality and Tourism Management attended Hong Kong Tourism Overview 2025, an annual trade seminar organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Themed “Partnering for Success, Shaping the Future”, this year’s event brought together over 1,200 industry representatives and students from local tertiary institutions.

The seminar provided the students with an enriching learning experience, offering insights into the latest trends, challenges and strategies shaping the tourism industry. Topics of discussion included destination marketing, sustainable tourism, and the dynamics of global travel, which are pivotal in redefining the future of hospitality and tourism.
