PolyU SPEED offered me an internship opportunity in a personnel consulting company, where I gained hands-on experience in the talent recruitment process, from publishing job vacancy information, finding suitable talents, conducting assessments, to arranging interviews. During the implementation, I need to understand the requirements of both employers and employees. Most importantly, I have acquired useful communication skills.
