I obtained a lot of building engineering knowledge from the PolyU SPEED BEM programme and knew how to handle maintenance engineering projects from a macro perspective ,which is very useful for solving maintenance problems. In addition, the programme covers the knowledge of building maintenance, and enables me to understand construction materials, contracts and details of the construction process.
