PolyU SPEED Taught Postgraduate Programmes
I. Registration Procedures
Applicants will be considered officially registered on the programme at PolyU SPEED only when they have fulfilled the admission condition(s), if any, and completed ALL the steps of the registration procedures below by the specified due dates. Failure to do so will be considered as having given up the study place at PolyU SPEED.
Non-local students are required to hold a valid student visa / entry permit before programme commencement.

1. | (a) Pay the registration AND remaining fees at admission according to details of the 2 debit notes provided in the Notice of Offer. Details of the debit notes can also be viewed under “Payment of Fees” after logging in to the PolyU SPEED Online Application for Admission (OAA) system.

N/A | (b) Submit the duly completed “Application for Entry for Study in Hong Kong” (form ID 995A) together with necessary documents to the CPCE Academic Registry in person/ by express delivery. Please refer to www.speed-polyu.edu.hk/admission/notes-to-non-local-students-and-instructions-for-student-visa-entry-permit-application for details. 2. | (a) Activate CPCE student account in PolyU SPEED

3. | Upload the following documents to the designated fields under “Supporting Documents” after logging in to the PolyU SPEED Online Application for Admission (OAA) system by the due date specified:
(a) a recent (within 6 months) digital passport-sized colour photograph of yourself in JPG (only) format (JPEG format is not acceptable); and (b) official FINAL transcript of study proving the successful completion of the academic qualification(s) as claimed in your application (in file name “finaltranscript”), if you have not completed the programme at the time of application [not required for graduates of PolyU-SPEED award degree programmes] (c) an English proficiency report proving that you have fulfilled the English language requirement as specified on the notice of offer, if applicable
Note: Failure to produce any of the items specified above will cause unnecessary delay to the registration and may also result in you not being permitted to register on the programme concerned. | (a) Same as the registration fee payment deadline as stated on the Notice of Offer

4. | Register / choose elective subjects for the first semester of the student’s study, if applicable | To be advised via e-mail | |
