Refund Policy on Registration Fee and Tuition Fee for PolyU-SPEED Award Programmes
2023/24 (September Intake)
The registration fee 1 and/or tuition fee paid are neither refundable nor transferrable except for those listed below:
Deadline for Application
Applications for a refund should be made on or before 14 July 2023 (Friday) or 3 calendar days upon receipt of (i) the offer letter of the eligible programme or (ii) proof of failure in meeting the prescribed offer condition(s), whichever is later.
How to Apply
Applications for a refund should be made by emailing the duly completed application form (click Form CAR 15b) to firstname.lastname@example.org with relevant supporting documents, such as the offer letter from and/or the payment receipt of the acceptance fee paid to the institution concerned; or proof of failure in meeting the prescribed offer condition(s), e.g. enrolment statement of the sub-degree programme in the semester of the academic year in which applicants seek admission to the PolyU-SPEED award programme.
Successful applicants will receive their refund by autopay in about four to six weeks’ time upon receipt of their bank account information. Requests for arranging the refund to a third party will not be entertained.
