After 15 years in my career, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree at PolyU SPEED. As someone who had always studied in Mainland China, I was eager to follow my dream of experiencing authentic university life in Hong Kong.

To fully enjoy the college life here, I maintained perfect attendance, and actively participated in various campus events, such as the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala and the employability forum. Beyond campus, I also joined study tours to Chiang Mai Thailand and Switzerland, witnessing sustainable tourism in action across different cultures.

With consistent effort, I graduated with Distinction and was placed on the Dean’s List for both semesters, also receiving a scholarship from my hometown.

Looking back, this master’s journey was never just about a degree. It gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, see the world from new angles, and reshape my career with a fresh perspective.
