"British Leisure and Hong Kong Life - Latte Art Experience" Workshop

The "British Leisure and Hong Kong Life - Latte Art Experience" workshop was held on 18 March 2023 for students of the BA (Hons) in Chinese Language and Culture to learn coffee culture and polish their communication skills in specific settings.

In this workshop, barista Miss Fiona Chung talked about the history of local coffee development and explained the various functions of coffee machines in detail. Although many students have a certain understanding of coffee brewing, they may not be familiar with the control of water temperature, coffee machines, or even how to make latte art. The workshop gave students a very fresh and interesting experience about coffee making.
